intrestingggg movie!!! definitely more of a calm reflective film. The plot was slow but the characters and history was very interesting. i think they got the gay-ness of it all down. i enjoyed watching kitt find out more about himself while exploring the country his parents once fled. i think this film is an ode to all queer immigrant families and people. learning about where you come from while trying to figure out where you fit in all of it. by the end there is a nice balance of mundane but fresh feeling and i think thats so reflective of life.
