A man distraught about being let go from his job as a newscaster pledges to kill himself live on air, causing an uproar in 1970s america. The news station he works at then tries profiting off his madness, leading to an immense spread of corruption in the network. Great acting, writing, etc. Some of the side plots I didn’t care for much but I understand why they were there.

Brings to light probably the worst thing a man has had to go through for entertainment. It’s a good documentary I’m not a big fan of them personally but I had an interest in Nasubi so I decided to check it out.
I have no clue how anyone thought it was funny though, this is as cruel as it can get, and they just kept it going.
