  Every frame of the Chilean landscape could be a painting. The colours are extremely vivid.
  The landscape feels vast and surprising but it never feels that the characters may truly be lost in it. And I am not sure if that is a good thing.
  The tacticity is there, in flashes, but often is lost infavour of wide shots or dramatically lit portraits.
  I am not familiar enough with Chilean history to be able to fully engage with the film…
