  Edmund Yeo's short deals melancholy, memories and death. As always brilliantly shot evey scene as poetic as ever, the film revolves round a family as the memories are being put forward in a non-linear manner - especially that of the beautiful Japanese village in winter. A watch and a camera symbolising the slipping away of time and to capture as many memories as possible before it fades away plays a role in the main theme of the short film.

  I started an Andrei Tarkovsky binge where I'll be watching all of his films and my god I'm glad that I did it. Andrei Rublev is probably one of my extremely favourite biopics because of it being so unique.
