it’s ok. a little too derivative of the first two alien(s) movies. never been a big fan of showing that the alien can be killed by rifle fire, either; ruins the horror when there’s swarms that are easily dispatched by a few bullets. the beginning up to the middle is when the movie’s at its strongest, and is complemented beautifully by retro-future aesthetics.
