  while it may have been revolutionary at the time, batman does not hold up that well today. More spotlight on the joker than the dark knight himself meant i was spending most of the movie waiting for him to step in and finally do something. Despite that, i was quite fond of the batman interpretation, with a more inhuman attitude to scare criminals instead of intimidation.
