Meet Joe Black 1998
I saw a reel about this a minute ago and it got me thinking about this movie after seeing it years ago. We don't make conceptual movies like this lately, these slices of surreal life stories. Where romance can intertwine with what almost feels like a grimms fairy-tale.
I do recommend watching this on a slow Saturday alone.

Poor Things 2023
One of the finest films I've had the joy of seeing this year. A great testament to how old concepts could be used as an inspiration to tell modern stories and Narratives. Such as the premise of 'Frankensteins monsters' used in the film, to still tell a story of finding your own identity and developing your own understanding of the world.
