Unbelievable image making.
Narratively quite messy. Some clumsy scenes; at times total derivative of Seven.

It fits better in this format. As a visual exercise it’s a masterpiece. But we probably will probably never get much more than this version of Wes Anderson’s hermetically sealed diorama view of the world. It’s a shame because a little honest emotion would make these movies almost equivalent to Rushmore.
Not a good movie, but one full star for closing with Randy Watson.
