Holy Spider 2022
Good movie! The beginning is a bit slow and some characters are a bit weak but the background debate between morality - dictated by strong religious beliefs - and the justice system is what keeps the film very much alive and interesting. Overall, a nice watch which made me curious to watch more Iranian movies in the future.

Once in a lifetime experience... I have never seen anything like this! People have told me to mentally prepare for a unique movie and they were right. Nope 2022
A kind of horror movie which seems to be taking inspiration from classics in some scenes while shifting into a new way to present a strange and unusual paranormal entity. Every shot is beautiful and the story too in its slow unfolding, revealing the quirks and insecurities of (almost) every character. I was expecting more focus on a storyline in particular but in the end it didn't bother me so much Need to watch it again but I am indeed intrigued by the work of Peele!
