heartbreaking but soul-warming?..
the beginning of the movie made me feel unbelievably sad. the themes featured in the first ten minutes of the movie like dealing with grief is not something I expected to see when turning on a bridget jones movie. the begining acts as a sort of warning like: hey!! this will be sad so get ready!!

this movie is so terrifying yet amazing that you cannot stop watching. terrifying in its portrayal of society's attitude towards being different and standing out.
but i really enjoyed it nonetheless.

I can talk about this movie for hours. After reading most of the book, I love it even more because I understand the characters feeling better, loved Timothée Chalamet acting in this one. The summer vibes as well🤌 And the soundtrack.. these songs have been in my playlist for years.. to me this is a classic at this point.
