  Cameron Crowe is an interesting director who needs a co-writer. The dull sort of platitudes his screenplay makes are boring and empty. It distracts from anything emotionally grounded. Yet as a life long Seattleite this is a lot of fun to watch if only to play a sort of I Spy of locales along with overall strong performances
