Amazing narrative structure. Kept me guessing.
Characters were not too deep in realism - no time for that - Although I will say this could not have worked in any other form of storytelling (sensationally) other than a comic book. But anyways…

In the Mood for Love 2000
I’m a sucker for a well crafted romance - actors were truly immersed within their roll.
A sense of maturity when delving into the subject of love, fit for the youthful audience as it retains the purity between Tony Chui-Wai and Maggie Cheung’s characters and their overbearing conflict amongst themselves, which sinks the heart in its realism.

Been wanting to delve into erotica (in the 3rd person sense) - Placing it in the big bad word that Kubrick places it is on point.
I’ve been meaning to watch this movie for years and I love the timing it was made as well as it’s synopsis.
I don’t know why I thought more would come out of the plot - but I wasn’t upset with it, nor the ending.
