I'm not a good critic yet, I tend to worry about judgment and I don't necessarily notice details, but this is my first review, so let's go.
The actors were great, I didn't have any doubts that this wasn't their reality, except maybe Marshall, but I'm pretty sure that was on purpose, so no issues there. I really loved Robert Pattison's performance.
It wasn't a huge shock, but I wasn't expecting the turn the movie would take and I loved the story.
That and the fact that the cast included multiple actors of color, A+.
