Wildly 80s OVA in which demonic Vash the Stampede wants to make hell a place on earth.
Artistic visuals which unfortunately never surpass the high octane uniqueness of the opening sequence so the film falls flat.

It's better than one should expect from a straight-to-DVD holiday special, but there's still not much to write home about in this one.
