Bottoms 2023
Amazing soundtrack, does a good job of making it feel like an early 2000’s movie. The movie was funny but so confusing. I didn’t feel like the story was explored enough and the characters were way too undeveloped. The writing did not give a lot of room for actors to really get into character.

Bandslam 2009
The casting was perfect and the music is nothing short of amazing. When I think of this kind of movie I think of cheeky music with Disney-esque songs but instead they did actual good covers of classic rock/grunge music and did it with taste. The story is touching and captivating. Only downside of the movie is sometimes Vanessa Hudgen’s acting can come off a bit try hard and not sincere.
