  I was so intrigued by this after seeing it listed on streaming. A Rodgers and Hammerstein musical with actual Asian actors rather than white people in yellowface?? How had I never heard of this?

  After watching, I understand. The music is forgettable and plot is paint-by-numbers. Still pretty cool that they made it with a majority Asian-Am cast. The new years eve parade scene was the standout to me, a lovely time capsule of 1960s Chinatown

  A movie that probably started as a tour doc but evolved into much more following megan’s court case. The animation was kind of wonky but I feel even more attached to megan now. I will ride for her. Only wish the movie could have kept going to the release of HISS so we could see Nicki get stomped on
