This movie surprised the hell out of me, and I’d legit call it very good. Let me break it down…
The dynamic of the penguins
The dynamic of the penguins was surprisingly wholesome. Skipper isn’t a perfect leader, but you can tell he genuinely cares about his 3 other team members. Especially Private, who’s like the baby/heart of the group. And when Skipper is being a legit leader, it’s both wholesome and awesome.
*SPOILERS* Private
Private is a surprisingly adorable…
I love the idea behind apes creating their own civilization. Especially when their civilization mirrors the ancient past of humanity. So with a word like “Kingdom” in the title, I knew this would be a special entry in this series that I grew up with. It’s hard to truly pinpoint what I love about this movie but damn it, it just ticks all my boxes. The characters are all great. Proximus Caesar is an awesome villain (I had the pleasure…
🚨🚨🚨SPOILERS🚨🚨🚨
I love apes and I love Viking mythology and Kong is the two combined together in a badass package. I also love dragons and Godzilla is absolutely a dragon in my eyes. In fact, I’d say he’s the second best dragon in all of cinema (Smaug being the best)

I’m absolutely a Kong guy. I mean he’s a giant apeman Viking with a badass beard and axe, what more can be said? But he’s also got a very passionate…
This movie is atrocious. Like it’s legit one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen some shit. This movie has the mindset of “We’re Jurassic Park, we can be as lazy as we want and the audience won’t give a fuck because they’re nostalgia blind millennials”. This movie really thought it was such hot shit that it played the Jurassic Park theme when the old and new cast met 😂😂😂. Were they expecting an Endgame level applause? Fucking hilarious. The best way I can describe this movie, is that every single aspect of it is insultingly lazy.
