I feel a little more insane with each gleaming review of this movie I see. An otherwise compelling plot was destroyed by the, at best: flat, at worst: comically unbelievable characters and writing. It’s as if every good reviewer is awaiting a personal hand shake from Mr. Eastwood himself in return for their willingness to pretend this was a serious movie in any way. I’m sorry but someone has to say ok grandpa let’s get you back to bed. Also why is Toni Collette the only one with a country accent?
