There’s a nuanced exploration of trauma that doesn’t only recount suffering but instead prioritizes love, friendship, and connection through the tender bond of the two leads.
The choice to film from the protagonists’ perspectives was a dizzying experience that mimics their emotional turbulence. In moments when the camera pauses on their reflections, it invites deeper contemplation of stillness.
