This was my favorite Sonic movie by far in my opinion. I thought the first half of the movie was solid, but the second half really picks up the action especially with Shadow who I thought carried this movie. Jim Carrey was also phenomenal as usual playing Dr Robotnik and his grandfather. There were many comedic moments as well that I found hilarious. Lake Mungo 2008
As a horror film, this movie scares the hell out of you when you watch it for the first time. Even with only one jumpscare, it will give you chills. However, as a movie, the pacing could be a little better. I found myself forgetting a good portion of the middle part of the film as the non-horror parts are mostly interviews and the movie showing the audience photographs and videos of their daughter from a few years before. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a good scare. 7/10

Predator 1987
Fun and thrilling time watching this. The visuals to this movie were way better than I expected for the 80s. Overall the predator is a great antagonist who is a mystery in the first half as we don’t know what he looks like, and then the reveal that he’s an alien not from this world is amazing. A little slow to start, but really picks up at the half way mark. 8/10
