  Although you can definitely say that a lot romcoms in the 00s are very similar and quite unfunny, this definitely doesn’t apply to the proposal 
  I laughed a lot at this film and the plot was original enough to keep me engaged and watching.
  The difference in characters is good and I love the fact that Sandra Bullocks Margaret is not the typical romcom heroine. 
  Ryan Reynolds was a good love interest and the relationship between the two mains was fun, lighthearted and good to watch.
  If you love a good reverse grumpy sunshine, then this film is definitely for you 
  I will definitely watch again
