Snowpiercer 2013
An absolute dud until the very end. Think back to the time of dystopian novels that were made into movies like the Hunger Games and Maze Runner except that this one was written by a wannabe.
There were plenty of moments that could have been intense and compelling, but just weren't because this was sloppy.
It was interesting, and it was different, but it was dumb.

The first half was mid as hell, but the second act makes it evident that it was certainly riddled with clues. I thought that the execution of the plot was great and all of the characters were interesting and contemporary without being tacky caricatures . Other than that, I would call this one of the more quotable whodunnits.

The Gray Man 2022
It has the visuals of Taken aside from some really cool drone footage. It has the concept of Suicide Squqd. And most importantly it's has a very similar plot to Blade Runner 2049 to the inclusion of Ryan Gosling and Ana de Armas as the main characters. I didn't expect to like it but upon watching the credits, it only made sense that the Russo brothers were involved. And to the Russo brother, when is Ana de Armas going to make her MCU debut?
