Really sweet and love how analog this was. Just a love for all the ultra little things and moments in life. Never seen a movie focus on that feeling of reaching the end of the good times and being afraid of the end. It doesn’t have to be baseball but I’ve felt that exactly way about specific road trips, parties, and vacations so it was emotional.

Genuinely the most exhausting movie I think I’ve ever seen. Felt like 1941 minutes long. After sitting through a movie that feels longer than The Brutalist, The Irishman, and Killers of the Flower Moon, you’re treated to end credits where every character is introduced screaming at the top of their lungs which sums up the overall experience.

I only saw this because of Maika Monroe and still nothing could prepare me for Maika Monroe in this movie 🥴😩

I want to like this more but I feel like it suffers a bit from feeling like what a screen writer thinks finance is like combined with not having the technical chops to make finance feel as busy as it wants you think, and I wished it had a bolder ending like Deep Water like maybe this was all kinky to them and this was about exploring dom/sub relationships. But no it’s all played pretty straight. And I didn’t totally believe all of Alden’s actions the fake Jordan Peterson stuff is pretty lowbrow. Actually maybe I wasn’t that into this.
