So many chills. I was lucky enough to see him and these incredible musicians live and it was one of the best things I’ve ever experienced but this is pretty much the next best thing. With so much powerful music, awesome visuals, and some pretty insightful conversations, this was such a badass and emotional experience (even if they did have to cut a few pieces) showing the true power of music in film from the best composer and musicians in the world.

The exposition is even more noticeable the second time but it is pretty cool how they basically made a sequel and brought back a villain from a movie that came out 17 years ago. Also I gotta give credit to Anthony Mackie because he really does have a lot of heart in this.

So delightfully disturbing. Robert Pattinson proves once again why he’s one of the absolute best in the business, and him and Mark Ruffalo are so impressively and hilariously unhinged. They really do both disappear into these roles and it’s a really great satire that was so much fun to watch with my friends even if it does have a weirdly similar scene to Challengers.

I lost count after five pointless needle drops and that was only in the first thirty minutes. I respect Chris Evans commitment and the cameos were a fun surprise but as soon as it does anything fun it just goes back to being dull. I just have no idea what they were trying to do or who the audience was supposed to be. It was just slow and boring, it wasn’t serious enough to be a legit action movie, and it’s not crazy enough to be anything fun.
