  American Psycho 2000

  Christian Bale’s acting is absolutely incredible. Felt weird to watch this while only being able to picture him as Batman (the best Batman) but he does a great job.

  Not really sure why people absolutely love this movie though. It was just an ehh movie and don’t feel like I missed out by barely watching it now. Highly doubt I’m ever going to be in a “I wanna rewatch this” mood.

  The Gorge 2025

  Thought about 5 stars just cause I got to watch Anya Taylor-Joy and she spoke with an Eastern European accent… but still a mid movie. 

  I liked the chemistry between her and Miles Teller, and I was surprised by how good it was for only having a limited cast. Definitely gave ‘I Am Legend’ vibes, but felt short in certain aspects.

  Music choices were completely awful and took away from good scenes, and some decisions seemed very childish for the type of movie it was.

  First of all, what a cast. 

  Second, great action, and definitely lived up to everything I’ve been told about this movie and the standard it set for heist and action films.

  Loved that nothing about it felt unrealistic, and the Pacino - De Niro scenes were by far the best.

  Captain America: Brave New World 2025

  ★★★ Rewatched 16 Feb 2025

  Solid mid-tier Marvel movie. 

  I understand the hate it got, but I personally don’t hate it, and can be a rewatchable film when binging the Marvel movies.

  Mackie is a solid Captain America and I’m excited to see him grow in that role. Definitely enjoyed Harrison Ford’s performance as well.

  Excited to see the seeds it planted for the next movies, and seeing Bucky got me even more excited for Thunderbolts*! 

  Shoutout to our new Latino Falcon as well!!
