Great film, a welcome return to tradition for the Alien franchise which has been in a catastrophic free fall since 1992. Thank you Fede Alvarez, for showing the world that it wasn’t the property, but instead, Ridley Scott’s insanity. It’s a great stepping stone for future installments, only real downside is the legacy nostalgia bait dialogue, which humanity can thank the dregs at marvel for. This movie even managed to make Scott’s abysmal prequels somewhat more interesting. Overall 6.5/10, it’s a blast
