The first time I watched this in like 2015, I remember thinking it was fucking awful.
Watching it again for the IMAX rerelease, 10 years later and with far more film literacy, I still think it's fucking awful, but I at least see what it's trying to do even if I don't think it does it well.
The good of this movie is that it looks really good, the scenes with James Franco are weirdly magnetic and left my theater…
