I first watched The Langoliers in 1997 when I was 7 years old, and all I could remember was how absolutely terrified I was. I watched it again today, 27 years later, and it brought an incredible sense of nostalgia with that beautiful 90s movie vibe and colors.
Having read the book, I’d say this is one of the most accurate adaptations of Stephen King’s work. Bronson Pinchot’s performance is incredible (!), and you’re in for a treat with some truly creepy scenes. The bad CGI is just the cherry on top—a delightful slice of 90s nostalgia!
