Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
it felt good to finally have the time to watch films (i miss this era of myself so much >>_<<), it's actually so nice to watch something so new yet so familiar + i was so struck i was still thinking about this even after watching (jiro and i went back to ust to check the film viewing at the grandstand and all i can think about is how i wish i still have the privilege of time to watch films i love, listen to music i miss listening to, and j pause to feel) oh well, for now i have this :)

a forever fave. struck from the beginning to the end. every line from this film will always have a special place in my life. it is the sense of deep understanding and connection with the characters of the film, as if i am a part of their ongoing conversations and stories.
i love films when all humans do is TALK. maybe because finally, even if it's fiction, what i don't verbally say is discussed perfectly and i would finally feel heard and understood.
