  This was a little disappointing… Maybe I had high expectations after Kubrick said that it was the most terrifying film he had ever seen. A lot of the reviews touch upon the “cruel” ending, or a haunting film, but I felt the ending was a let down. Maybe we’re used to a lot more now? The premise was great and I loved the simplicity, tone and look of the first hour. I wonder if jumping three years in time was…
