oedipus-sugar-mommy-daughter combo, got a degree but no social skills, horny & highly emotional, but makes up for it with cinematography (?) wednesday evening.

This is a classic movie; the main plot with a clear adversary (post & russia), wild conspiracy subplot (milkmen), a great foil (tiger guy). Overall I felt super satisfied with it, I laughed out loud a few times (rare) and fully enjoyed Seinfeld's writing and flow with the other actors. Overall it seemed that he really enjoyed working on the movie and even let loose a little bit. Happy for the guy and loved all the SNL cameos -- seeing Max Greenfield out of New Girl is always a trip. The nods to the Jan 6th insurrection were clever and snarky, good stuff.

Wow. Beautiful, witty, slow and precious dialogue. I watched it over three days because of work, so I felt like I was living alongside Julie. Cinematic risks were taken with frozen shots and cartoon animation, but it didn't feel out of place. Love and fleeting moments are drawn out, and time seems to flow through Julie's life so quickly and painfully slowly as she waits for a true understanding of her purpose and identity.
