privately screened at the paris theater when once again, nobody in this city felt compelled to come see one of the worst movies I’ve personally ever bared witness to, electric state.
Big winner in my book although the incest threw me for a loop. I love any movie where John Cusak is just the worst person you’ve ever seen. 🕺🏼🤝

I was hoping that society had evolved from this type of drama but I suppose not.
logistically, it seems to break a lot of female stereotypes and we get a well rounded actual female character
.. but there was an off putting romanticizing vibe that I just couldn’t shake. Didn’t like it. couldn’t fully tell you why.
fell off a bit in the middle but very fun versatile with an adorable heartwarming ending note<3
