  Here’s what I liked: the video joke in the second story, and the fact that everyone was odd—not just the “cult people.” Aside from that, I didn’t find the movie funny or even nihilistic as others have suggested, and it certainly wasn’t profound. It was absurd in two ways: absurd to watch and, presumably, by design.
