Two amazing scenes with beautifully choreographed long takes, and some lovely mirroring within Olga's mirror.
Beautifully shot - starting deliberate and tranquil before becoming often chaotic and dark.
Great acting from everyone, but especially the brothers, who conjured a visceral concoction of rage and monstrosity within me throughout the second half of the film, through the pov of the daughter.
Themes of xenophobia, place, and class are obviously apparent, but one scene in the bar teases with toppling our assumptions…
