  It opens with Wet Leg and so much swagger I was hooked on the opening scene. I wanted to love this movie but as soon as she breaks the fourth wall and stairs into the camera explaining all the exposition the film lost me. Voiceover can work but it really didn't do it for me and actually made me actively dislike the story being told.   If it wasn’t Bill Murray this would be unwatchable. What a fucking terrible movie. I did laugh but mostly from disbelief and cringing. Ultimately I found this to be a painful etch and I can’t recommend going back to it unless you are in the mood for a complete train wreck of a Christmas movie. Everything within this is insincere and malicious, which could be fun except it isn’t.
