  I’ve lived in and around Nashville my entire life and always thought I carried an astute observation that the derangement and weirdness of the whole American project can be seen in this little fake-cowboy town of postering conmen and delusional mid-talent, but that observation turns out to be a near half-century stale as my dumbass had just never seen Nashville.
