  The Gorge 2025

  This note is a compromise between a first hour the feels fresh, original and mysterious and a second one which relies on gory thrills instead of suspense and on a stale plot (the evil of the private military industrial complex : bad, bad, bad in case you didn’t know).  Its model is Michael Mann’s The Deep but it falls short. Too bad because the director obviously knows what he’s doing.
