Truly a horrible movie. I hated that it had so much compassion with Lester, who was a total jerk. It also is much more shallow than it thinks it is. Not a single female character has a storyline that didn't involve a man to help her. I also found Ricky's character a creep.

Saw this with an introduction about the South-Korean cinema, which was really interesting. I really liked it, it was intense, well shot, sometimes surprising. The hypnosis thing ruined a bit for the plot for me tho, it felt a bit too easy for me.

Dune: Part Two 2024
What a movie. The first half is great, but then there is a scene between Paul and Chani that marks the shift between the first half and the second half and from that moment on it is phenomenal, truly top tier blockbuster filmmaking. Chalamet was really great and I loved Zendaya’s performance. The cinematography was so gorgeous, it really is made for the IMAX screen. The score was also fantastic, I’m going to listen to it so much on Spotify the next couple of days until I’m going to see this movie again in theaters.
