Civil War 2024
I wanted to like this so bad but it fell so short. Dialog was sleepy at best and comically cringe at worst. There was so much going for this movie, the whole concept of a civil war as seen through the experiences of journalists is super unique and interesting. The action was GOOD and exhilarating in the theatre.
There was a significant lack of purpose. i didn’t have a connection to any of these characters and didn’t know what motivated them.
