    My third watch of Eraserhead and the first where I fully appreciate it. The final 20 minutes are really some of Lynch's best *ever* work. After reading intently about Lynch's work and life for many weeks now, I'm able to approach Eraserhead with a much greater understanding of Lynch's intentions. This understanding, along with an acknowledgment of the struggles which went into creating this, makes Eraserhead an astonishing work of art and an early masterpiece.
