  I enjoyed Chris Evans in the role but just felt like he was on the phone the whole movie. I thought the bad guys were too over the top bad.

  The plot was all over the place jumping multiple years and what felt like 15+ locations made it tough to keep track of. Way too much use of the drones, it felt like the russos just found out what drones were and put them in on every shot.
