  Already a slower-burn book that’s very psychological, so translating to a movie wasn’t the most interesting. 
  I thought it did a very good job staying true to the book right up until the ending. They removed the best/most-shocking part and totally changed the ending…left a bitter taste in my mouth

  Might be my favorite horror movie, and passes sinister for scariest movie I’ve ever seen. It’s grimy, disgusting, stomach turning…it’s awesome. It feels so real, doesn’t feel like you’re watching a movie sometimes, the actress seemed genuinely terrified. I also appreciate the pretty realistic survival instincts

  Update: it’s been about a week since I’ve seen it and I’ve thought about it nearly everyday since. Nothing keeping it from being a 5 so changing from a 4.5/5 -> 5/5
