Nosferatu 2024
They stripped all the romance and sensuality out of vampirism and left a cold husk of lust and necrophilia and I’m not sure I’m on board with that. It was fairly enjoyable and had its funny parts, and the addition of childhood abuse as a facet of the horror was interesting. It’s time to leave German expressionism to the OGs, although Mr Nosferatu made me chuckle.
