The Perks of Being a Wallflower 2012
A pretty fun and sometimes heartbreaking teen romcom.
Felt weirdly panicky and stressed after it finished. One of few films to make me feel that.
Knowing about Ezra Miller unfortunately took me out of this a bit.

Knives Out 2019
Holy shit is this a good murder mystery!
There’s so many point in the film where you think you’ve figured out the mystery before the detective, and every time, the film makes you look like an idiot.
Daniel Craig gives a great performance as a southern Detective, while his Co-Star Ana de Armas also gives a good performance as the victims nurse. The highlight of the great supporting cast however is of course, Chris Evans, who once again proves that…

Marcel the Shell with Shoes On 2021
One of the coziest films I’ve ever seen.
The cinematography and colour palette feel really homelike and remind me of Bo Burnham’s Inside, but in a nice way. All the characters are really loveable, especially the titular “Marcel” , this in in big part thanks to the gorgeous animation that feels so fluid and natural.
Pleasant, but not sappy.

Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical 2001
Absolutely breathtaking! Hasselhoff gives the performance of his career and really shows that he belongs in the theatre. His ability to switch effortlessly between Jekyll and Hyde in a millisecond is extremely impressive especially during the Confrontation number. The supporting cast also give excellent performances. I really enjoyed the songs and I’m still really surprised how good Hasselhoff is at singing. If you’re a fan of Musicals or the Jekyll and Hyde story, this is a must watch.
