  a profoundly hollow film, which lacks the ability to perform any kind of social commentary. It's let down by an unnecessary series of plot twists at the end, spoiling what would have been a coherent narrative. however, saltburn is stacked with stellar performances from the main cast, as well as gorgeous cinematography, meaning it can be a really fun time if you're willing to turn your brain off for a few hours
