Maybe insane to say about this movie, but I thought it was oddly milquetoast. Not in the getting off on car crashes itself, but its lack of any compelling aspects beyond an absurd premise to keep me interested. No scene in and of itself really lives up to the reputation of the film.
Almost feel like I’m missing something, could probably use another viewing at a later date.
Jesus Christ this was devastating, extremely similar to Somewhere in Time. There could be no one else to play an ethereal ghost better than Jennifer Jones.

An amusing premise that gets a bit tired at times, but is still a great light watch. Hudson and Lollabrigida are one of the hottest on-screen couples in history, not just on looks but chemistry as well.
