Heretic 2024
Hugh Grant really carries this film and I think it's stellar how the latter part of his career really seems to have stretched him and/or shown parts of him he didn't get attention for while being typecast as an attractive Brit doing romcoms thirty years ago.

A Christmas Carol 1969
Bland rendition of the old Dickens favorite, but certain moments were still terrifying to me as a child. The only scene of interest to me now was Marley's ghost, which still manages a creepy appearance with its fluttering hair and bulky chains.
