A bear gorges itself on cocaine. This dumb, albeit amusing, event terrorizes the lives of various strangers.
Are these strangers clever in their escapes? No, they're all complete imbeciles, yet I chose to go to this movie, so who am I to judge.
Ultimately, the poor acting, paper-thin plot, and shear stupidity can all be ignored. Somewhere within this movie is a funny, campy, drama worthy of cult status. Unfortuntely, Cocaine Bear never reaches this level.
Truly, it's greatest crime is not going far enough. Perhaps the writers could have used a little more cocaine.
