Speed Walking 2014
perhaps i’m biased because i live in america, where the censorship laws are seemingly a lot sturdier, but this movie feels way too close to kiddie porn at times. especially with the addition of the pedophile character and the fact that real children are playing these parts. i think the movie’s coming of age theme would’ve still had the same effect if the sexual contact was implied, instead of having the audience sit through minutes of horribly uncomfortable child sex scenes.
