Sonic the Hedgehog 2 2022
I think I watched this movie in theaters or at least I saw it close to when it had come out.
Of course I love it because it has Tails in it and Tails is my favourite and the best.
It's pretty funny, and it holds up on a rewatch, it's perhaps a little long, some things were superfluous or drawn out. But a fun romp that gets a lot of the irreverent spirit of the franchise.
Still waiting for a good chance to see the 3rd one but we're very excited for our boy

Everyone told me this was a very faeries-core movie and I believed them. I love linguistics and I love xenolinguistics.

Spirit Riser 2024
Got to see this movie when it premiered at MOMI. Speaking as a crazy person, I loved this movie. This movie is schizocore. It blends the fun of low budget horror plots, developing its own mythology around spirit risers and "the otherness", and updates it for the tranny millenial mindset. Combining live action footage, with 2D animation, scribblegraphics, and all sorts of computer generated visuals and 3D animation. It is a feast for the senses.
